Plan together

Your partner and your planner, in the same wedding.

Invite up to two people to your wedding. They sign in with their own account, see everything you see, and only change what you let them change. No shared password, no screenshots of the seating chart sent over text.

✓ Two collaborators per wedding   ✓ Edit or view-only, your call   ✓ Included in the $14 unlock

The problem

Three people, one login

A wedding is rarely planned by one person. Your partner has opinions about table four. Your planner needs the latest chart to brief the venue. Usually that means one account, a password passed around, and nobody quite sure who moved Aunt Linda.

Now each person signs in as themselves. You decide what each of them can do, and you can see who made the last change.

How it works

Invite, accept, plan

It takes about as long as typing an email address.

1

Invite from Settings

Enter their email, say whether they’re your partner, your planner or someone else, and choose Can edit or Can view. They get an email with a link.

2

They sign in as themselves

They open the link and sign in with the address you invited. The wedding opens straight away, and you get an email saying they’re in.

3

Plan from the same page

Seating, catering, the shot list and Who’s Who, all reading the same guest list. Change someone’s access, or remove them, whenever you like.

Two kinds of access

Who can change things is up to you

The person who owns the wedding is the decision maker. Everyone else gets exactly the access you give them.

Can edit

Everything on every tab: moving guests, adding tables, the catering plan, the shot list, Who’s Who and its photos. Right for a partner, or a planner who is doing the seating with you.

Can view

Every tab, read-only. The seating chart as a grid and a floor plan, the shot list, the meal counts. They can print any of it. Right for a planner who briefs the venue, or a parent who wants to look without touching.

What it handles

The details that make sharing work

A planner sees every couple

Every wedding a planner has been invited to sits in one list, with whose wedding it is and what they can do in it. No switching accounts between clients.

The owner stays in charge

Only the owner invites people, connects the Google Sheet, shares public links, renames or deletes the wedding. Collaborators can plan; they can’t give the wedding away.

The owner doesn’t have to be the couple

Whoever pays owns the wedding. If a parent is covering it, they can own it and invite the two of you.

See who changed it last

The owner sees who made the most recent change and when, so “who moved table six?” has an answer.

Everyone can print

View-only doesn’t mean empty-handed. Anyone you invite can print the seating chart, the meal counts and the shot list, the same pages you get.

Easy to undo

Remove someone, cancel an invite, or switch them between edit and view in a click. A collaborator can leave a wedding on their own, too.

Honest about it

Two things worth knowing

It’s two people, not a team

Each wedding can have two collaborators, which covers a partner and a planner. It’s built for the people planning one wedding together, not a venue’s whole staff.

For guests and friends, use a link instead

Collaborators sign in. Someone who just wants a look at the chart is better served by the read-only share link, which needs no account, and your photographer has a shot list link of their own.

Part of unlocking a wedding

Inviting your partner and planner comes with the one-time $14 unlock, along with the catering plan, the shot list, the Who’s Who face sheet and unlimited tables. The people you invite never pay. See pricing →

Questions

Answered

Can my partner and I both edit the seating chart?
Yes. Invite them from Settings and give them Can edit. They sign in with their own account and work on the same wedding: seating, catering, the shot list and Who’s Who. Every change saves to the same Google Sheet.
Can my wedding planner see everything?
Yes. Invite your planner with Can edit if they are helping you seat people, or Can view if they only need to look. Either way they see every tab, and they can print the seating chart, the catering sheets and the shot list.
Does my planner or partner have to pay?
No. Inviting people is part of unlocking a wedding, a one-time $14 paid once by whoever owns it. The people you invite never pay, and a planner with several couples sees all of their weddings in one list.
How many people can I invite?
Two, typically your partner and your wedding planner. Pending invites count toward the two. You can remove someone at any time to invite someone else.
Who is in charge of the wedding?
The owner, which is whoever created and paid for it. That can be either of the couple, a parent, or anyone else. Only the owner can invite people, connect the Google Sheet, share public links, rename the wedding or delete it.
